I am a Partner at Riviera Partners, where I lead executive searches and foundational hires for the venture and private equity ecosystem. As an executive search leader at Riviera, I bring over 17 years of experience, specializing in IT Operations, Security, and Technical leadership talent for Private Equity and Venture Capital backed companies at pivotal points of growth and transformation.​

I also serve as an outside advisor to private technology companies and several private equity firms.

I attended the University of California, Santa Barbara on academic and athletic scholarships, and received my B.S. I followed this up with a Technology Management Program degree from their master’s Department. I continued my education in Europe, competing for my University's Track and Field team. It was here I received my first Systems Administrator position and spawned my interest in startups.

 

I live in Los Altos with my wife, my two amazing daughters, and recently newborn son.
